Following his collegiate hockey career, Nicolas has dedicated himself full-time to the sport, achieving numerous successful projects and establishing a vast network of contacts.

During his university studies, he founded Volt Hockey, an association organizing elite-level hockey tournaments that have seen over 700 players participate in the past year. Nicolas has also had the privilege of hosting several players who rank among the top in their respective age groups in the province.

Nicolas served as a hockey coach at Collège Notre-Dame for two seasons and is set to embark on a new challenge next year with the M15 AAA team of the Collège CCL Dynamiques. He is also a scout for the Gatineau Flames in the Quebec JAAA league and for the NPU Rebels program (NaPrepHL).

Matt Houle

Thomas developed his hockey career at Collège Charles-Lemoyne, progressing from M13 AAA to M17 AAA, before spending two seasons with the Prep School program at Collège Bourget. He then advanced to junior-level play in the United States, competing for two years in Colorado, and concluded his junior career with Collège Français at the Junior AAA level.

In addition to his playing career, Thomas has contributed to the development of young players as an assistant coach for the M15 AAA teams at Collège Charles-Lemoyne and Noir et Or de De Mortagne. These roles have enabled him to share his knowledge and actively participate in the growth of future hockey generations.

Tristan is a former goaltender who played elite hockey during his childhood. In 2023, he began a school program in Sports Marketing and Management at Champlain College.

He developed a hockey goaltending school called Butterfly Goaltending on the South shore of Montreal. He also won the 64th edition of the Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament as the assistant coach of the Vert&Noir de l'école secondaire Fadette in Saint-Hyacinthe.

Winning this prestigious tournament has further developed his skills, and he now knows what it takes to be a true winner.

A dedicated hockey professional, I am a two-time collegiate national champion and currently serve as the head coach for ProHybrid AAA as well as Woodbury Bantam AA team in Minnesota. In addition to my coaching role, I scout for the Fargo Force and have two years of assistant coaching experience in the USPHL. I am excited to advise young hockey players as they navigate their careers, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals in the game.

With a strong foundation in international education and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management, Christian transitioned into hockey player representation at the start of 2022.

His approach blends mentorship, scouting, and digital promotion strategies. Through personalized coaching, draft preparation, and media-driven exposure, he’s helped players showcase their strengths and refine their skills. Christian emphasizes relationship-based development, offering strategic advice tailored to each athlete's journey. His work isn’t just about talent identification, it's about holistic development and progress. A true leader on and off the field, Martin won two Grey Cups with the Alouettes and earned a reputation as one of the most disciplined and respected special teams players in the league.

Pierre-Philippe Gendron is an experienced coach who has worked for 18 years at the university, collegiate, school, and civil levels.
Throughout his career, he has coached more than 80 teams and played a key role in developing numerous athletes, helping them reach the next levels of competition.

With a strong network of contacts across the Quebec and North American sports scene, he now puts his expertise and passion to work in guiding young athletes toward their future challenges.

Jordan Therien

A former soccer player trained at the CF Montréal Academy and played team Canada U15. Jordan Therrien went on to play at the semi-professional level as well as in Europe. Passionate about the game from a young age, he now shares his experience and expertise to support the next generation. Nicholas Goosney

Nicholas Goosney was born and raised in Pickering, Ontario, just outside of Toronto. He began his hockey career with the Ajax-Pickering Raiders, competing at the AAA level through his final year of U18 AAA in 2019. He then advanced to the OJHL, playing for the Aurora Tigers before being traded to the Haliburton Huskies. After a brief stint there, Nicholas chose to focus on academics while continuing his playing career with the Napanee Raiders (PJHL).

Nicholas attended Queen’s University, where he earned a degree in Economics and Data Analytics. Alongside his athletic and academic pursuits, he also built professional experience in the banking and finance sector, gaining valuable skills in financial markets, client relationships, and strategic analysis.

Brody Howatt brings valuable experience from his time as a NCAA Division I defenseman with the Army Black Knights at the U.S. Military Academy (West Point), where he combined elite-level hockey with the discipline and leadership of a military education.

Raised in Comox, BC, Kevin grew up in the Comox Valley Minor Hockey system before playing junior with the North Island Silvertips (BCMML), Comox Valley Glacier Kings (VIJHL), and briefly in the BCHL. After stepping away from competitive hockey, he served a mission in Tanzania and is now completing his Sport Management studies at Camosun College. Passionate about giving back to the game, Kevin is dedicated to guiding young players in their development on and off the ice.
