Our Team

Following his collegiate hockey career, Nicolas has dedicated himself full-time to the sport, achieving numerous successful projects and establishing a vast network of contacts.

During his university studies, he founded Volt Hockey, an association organizing elite-level hockey tournaments that have seen over 700 players participate in the past year. Nicolas has also had the privilege of hosting several players who rank among the top in their respective age groups in the province.

Nicolas served as a hockey coach at Collège Notre-Dame for two seasons and is set to embark on a new challenge next year with the M15 AAA team of the Collège CCL Dynamiques. He is also a scout for the Gatineau Flames in the Quebec JAAA league and for the NPU Rebels program (NaPrepHL).

We are thrilled to announce the addition of our new consultant, Antoine Brunet, who joins Future Talent as a placement agent.

With several years of experience in the hockey industry, Antoine brings valuable expertise and an impressive network of contacts.

Among his qualities are his commitment to player development, effective negotiation skills, and passion for hockey. With his market knowledge, he will identify the best opportunities for our athletes.

We are confident that Antoine will significantly contribute to our mission of supporting and guiding hockey talents toward excellence. Welcome to the team, Antoine!

Matt Houle

Thomas developed his hockey career at Collège Charles-Lemoyne, progressing from M13 AAA to M17 AAA, before spending two seasons with the Prep School program at Collège Bourget. He then advanced to junior-level play in the United States, competing for two years in Colorado, and concluded his junior career with Collège Français at the Junior AAA level.

In addition to his playing career, Thomas has contributed to the development of young players as an assistant coach for the M15 AAA teams at Collège Charles-Lemoyne and Noir et Or de De Mortagne. These roles have enabled him to share his knowledge and actively participate in the growth of future hockey generations.
